Refund policy

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. All valid returns bust be done within 30 days of tracking showing that package was delivered. Any lost packages lost in shipping is the responsibility of shipping company in possession of products. Terra De Suenos Designs is not responsible for any shipping delays that occur after being shipped. There is NO REFUND ON SPECIAL ORDER DEPOSITS.
